Casual Bible Study

This study is meant to address the Bible specifically and objectively in order to grow gentle understanding of Its handling concerning our growing faith. 

While learning in faith we may encounter the practice of reading the Bible rather than the practice of learning from the Bible.

This is why Christ is our Lord to be our Guide even over our readings. God Considers our condition, our lives and our current learning retention. These things are His Territory in our Growing Faith. We Read because the Lord Encourages us to and through His Deductions over our learning, we Grow according to His Knowledge of us. 

It may be that many even out of curiosity opened the Bible and attempted to read it without Spirit, Prayer or Assistance. What they may find is simplistic wording and descriptions of events that don't seem to clearly depict a story, guideline or an outline as the the purpose of the Bible.

The Format of the Bible is commonly thought of as "Baby Talk" for our kind being mankind. Since God is a vastly Superior Being, a timeless, simple and Truthful Account of events that occurred regarding the development of Christ's Coming was presented in such a way that could be understood by young faith and still have the ability to Grow in old faith. 

At times, we may not fully understand what we are reading and why we are reading the Bible. At these times it may come by basic rationale that we are simply obeying a commonality or tradition of learning. This type of thinking can hinder one's Faith and Trust in God.

We apply what we've read in the Bible by Relying on God to Apply it for us, thus removing our proposed lordship over our lives and instead place our Reliance on God and the Lordship of Christ. 

While we learn the Word and God Helps us Retain what we've learning through His Lessons concerning our ponderings, we may come to realize that God Teaches us with the Word Through our Lives.

With Christ's Lordship we Experience the Word in our living day. This Strengthened with the Holy Spirit Encompasses our learning and makes God's Word Alive in our lives. 

Much of our learning in faith requires Patience; not Patience because we're waiting "for" the Lord but rather He Waits for us to Grow, encouraged by God's Provisions and Wisdom.

In this I mean, that God's Encouragement for us to Wait on the Lord is Him Teaching us that He Waits on us Abundantly. His Waiting Patiently Teaches us the Example He Sets for us to Follow Him.

It is like this: We Wait on the Lord because He Waits for us and He Waits for us because God is Patient with us; He Gives us time to come to Full Realization of Him and His Provision of Faith and Love. 

At times there is much to discuss about placing our trust in the Bible but often all we need is to Trust God Who Will, if we ask Him, Guide us through the Bible.

Although many will find the necessity of reading the entire Bible to be excessive, what little we may take from the Word should be impactful and meaningful. These are obtainable by Trusting God to help us in the reading of His Word.

At times, we may not readily recognize the connection of Prayer to Reading the Word. In this Discussion, we'll talk about how to pray and what is involved with praying.

We may even discuss feelings we have while praying since these feelings can vary greatly according to the development of one's faith in God.

When we pray to God before Reading we invite Him to be with us as our Guide, not only with the reading portions, but also placing the Value of the reading in our hearts and placing within us deeper learning.
